Typical Ourensán dessert

Chestnut donuts and coffee liqueur, aromatic and addictive, impossible to resist.

INGREDIENTES:

Rosquillas de castaña con licor café
  • Half kg. chestnut flour (PGI)
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 large organic eggs (Pazo de Razamonde)
  • 200 g of sugar or sweetener
  • 150 ml. olive oil (Alma Meiga)
  • 20 ml. of coffee liqueur (DO)
  • Powdered sugar to sprinkle
