Typical Ourensán dessert
Chestnut donuts and coffee liqueur, aromatic and addictive, impossible to resist.
INGREDIENTES:
- Half kg. chestnut flour (PGI)
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 large organic eggs (Pazo de Razamonde)
- 200 g of sugar or sweetener
- 150 ml. olive oil (Alma Meiga)
- 20 ml. of coffee liqueur (DO)
- Powdered sugar to sprinkle
